At Treehouse Gymnastics, we believe that the elements of foundational gymnastics are crucial both in childhood and as we age. Treehouse Gymnastics is a non-competitive gymnastics center for friends and families to enjoy together. Our classes are designed to accommodate different levels and abilities within the same class, much like a group fitness class, so that families and friends can participate and learn at their own pace, yet still reap the social benefits of being together.

Have you or your child ever wanted to master a handstand? How about a cartwheel? Or maybe you are ambitious and want to relearn the back handspring of your youth?
(Yes, that’s me trying to relearn a back handspring on my 40th birthday!) Rest assured that ALL gymnastics skills can be broken down into parts and tailored to any ability level. And the physical and mental benefits are well worth the effort. So let's go—you've got this!!!
Gymnastics is not only a fantastic activity for both your brain and body, it is more accessible now than ever before. Balance, muscle, jump, climb, swing, roll, and/or bounce your way to fitness with a variety of open gym options to help you get your sweat on. We hope you leave stronger, happier, and sweatier than when you came in! Come play!!!

Looking for a unique and active experience for birthdays, special occasions, corporate events, family reunions, or just a fun get-together? Treehouse Gymnastics will soon be available for private event rentals, and each rental comes with a variety of inflatables, a 40' tumbling trampoline and rod floor, gymnastics bars, balance beams, plenty of mats for obstacle courses, and more!
